He has made several statements he will not do anything if Hunter is convicted. I find this difficult to believe.
My thoughts, Hunter gets active jail sentence of 3-5 years. Yes it would be Club Fed in a minimum security facility but its still prison. I would not be surprised if Biden stepped out of the next election based on a finally recognized mental slowing down of faculties.
This would effectively make Harris the Dem nominee and allow her to pardon, commute sentence or whatever after being sworn in.
It would also let him deal with Hunter the day after the election if she is not elected with a pardon/commutation of any sentence.
Note the timing. Trial in June, assume conviction, sentencing a couple months out, think September. He gets 2-3 years. Reporting date to prison set for November 15.
All issues resolved. Biden pardons, includes ongoing issues out in California.
