How about we get Phil to instruct  Gen. Beauregard Lee to flank Biden into hiding in Delaware for 6 months or more.  Or at least to scare off him making a SCOTUS nomination until October.

In case you do not know Gen. Beauregard Lee, he is an underling groundhog in Ga that follows the direct orders of Phil.
