Time magazine have any credibility with you? Seems the idea is plausible and sources credible. The plan is posted at the second link below. Military, cops and guard deployed just to give credibility to the election and make sure all believed it.

Seeing that a large number of voting machines were serviced by a Soros owned company I would more than likely believe this was a trial run for the 2018 (off year) elections. Remember HilLAIry was supposed to win but she is so stupid she lost a rigged election. The troops were to make it look like they were going to do something. Yeah right they were going to stop a hacking :sarcasm:
The democrat party are so dumb that they don't even realize they are playing into Russia's hands doing exactly what they are accusing President Trump of doing.

Don't worry, I lost faith long before the 2016 election. Ironically I live in Riverside County. Don't worry, no riots yet.
