Noting wrong with anything the man writes itsd correct and reasonably well explained.
Id say I have not seen pinch or edge used for the charging handle in a log time and claw only for the old school loading (which has been replaced by inserting mag in empty gun then rack CH + release).

I'd say its probably a bit easier for most student of the art of the Carbine to to follow the actions when they are on yourtube as part of a moving pic but this is a good reference of worthy of your study.
