Looks like the military is involved in Martial Law Exercises/ Training

The stated purpose of the drill contradicts how this unprecedented drill will actually be carried out.

Interesting.  Did a search and followed some links.  From the conclusions that some are making the recent restrictions on .223 ammo are making a little more sense.
