Title: Open carry in Delaware

 While my wife shops in Walmart I sit in the doughnut shop and try to spot concealed carriers but today was different.   
 I lived here in Delaware for 15 years and up until today I've only seen two people open carry, both men.  Today I saw a gorgeous woman who had long blond hair walking with an air of confidence. When she turned around and passed me going the other way I could see her sidearm. No she wasn't in a uniform and she was alone.

If you stayed eating donuts you are smart.  She could easily have been a test sent by your wife to see if another lady could catch your attention.

next time get her number and ask if she is interested in moving to Alaksa?  ;D
