Military jets?

 Normally an f/a18 flies over every day between 2:30PM and 3:30PM but today it seems like every 45 min a military jet is flying over. All heading south west. Unusual, no tinfoil hat but just saying.

been quiet in Montgomery County Maryland today.
Heavy traffic heading out of town but not too far out of the norm.
