EO # 13971 is to add to EO # 13873 (https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2019/05/17/2019-10538/securing-the-information-and-communications-technology-and-services-supply-chain) (Securing the Information and Communications Technology and Services Supply Chain) which he signed on May 15, 2019.
