Bottom-line,
UP never switched to HTTPS from HTTP. IT DOES NOT matter other than some browsers don't like it. Google as well as spiders, link to
UP all the time.

If anybody has the experience to do this here, and I know you, I will give you authorization (keys to the bank) to change.
To get around this on your end, just add the site address to your trusted site addresses.
