Is there a site that has space weather in real time or close to it? We get the news in the morning and don't get an update until the next morning.
Really keeps you on edge.

JoJo, the link below for NOAA has real time, 3 hour, daily and live email alerts - pick the ones you need.

even the suspicious observer piggybacks off of noaa and then gives it their slant.
