I saw Maj Toure from Black Guns Matter (https://blackgunsmatter.myshopify.com/) on Fox & Friends the other day. In essence he is promoting the Second Amendment in the inter urban cities around the country. He is educating folks about the use of firearms and then giving instruction at gun ranges.
There is little written about his tour other than what I have found on the interwiz. Here (http://majtoure.com) is another link however nowhere do I see a contact page/email for him. I would like to read more about the group.

I have heard about this guy, and I think firearm education would do wonders for the inner cities both in helping citizens protect themselves from crime and for gang bangers to perhaps get more respect for firearms and, in the process, human life. Given how much many inner city African Americans still publicly bear the cries of institutionalized police racism (not commenting on whether that is accurate or inaccurate) you would think this is a population ripe for firearms training and ownership.

I also saw Maj Toure on Fox and I've seen him before. He is correct when he says gun control is racist. How can you keep African Americans down on the plantation if they can control their own destiny.

Another person to look at for an interesting view on the 2nd is Kevin Dixie from NOC (no other choice). He is a trainer from the St. Louis, MO area. I got to spend a couple of days with him at a Scoped Carbine class a few weeks ago. A very intelligent man with some interesting points related to gun ownership and training for the African American (and really ALL) communities. For him it is all about family, neighborhood, community, etc.
