Title: AMERICAN PARTISAN emailing list

 I'm on AMERICAN Partisan's email list and their newest email is about OPSEC. The problem is I have a very old computer and it will take me until the New Year to down load 354 pages in PDF.
 Is there any way to get around this?

Start the download before bedtime.  It should be finished by morning.

You need a new machine.  The current one cannot handle the tracking software used now so the world monitors have a hard time keeping tabs on you. 

Now that you have mentioned it out in the world, you will likely get a bug that kills your old box.

The issue seems to be more about the internet speed and not your machine.
