So I found this rolling knife sharpener tool on amazon -and it wasn't too expensive (like $24 bucks). The audio in my video isn't great because it's early in my video reviews. This tool allowed me to sharpen knives with two angles. 15-20 degrees. It came with a strop. The only down side I had with this tool is you can not sharpen bigger knives or cleavers ect with it. The tool is limited to the size of the wheel.
