Title: quick up and down building shed
Post by: Kbop on April 12, 2017, 08:44:48 PM
Kee Klamp http://keesafety.com/products/kee_klamp (http://keesafety.com/products/kee_klamp)
US distributor https://www.simplifiedbuilding.com/ (https://www.simplifiedbuilding.com/)

I needed to build a quick up shed that could also be removed quickly.  10' x 6x three sided run in shed aka loafing shed.
I designed the shed using schedule 40, 1 1/2" galvanized pipe and barn panels.
the poles were held together using Kee Klamps.(6 of them)

the shed was anchored to the ground using T-posts with the vertical riser pipes slipped over them.

the kee klamps allowed me to build without welding or having to cut the shed down after building.

the price of the project was well under  a wooden shed from local builders and allowed me to customize the size.  the shed is sturdy enough to hold a large adult male standing on the roof with no slipping or sagging.
I'll use these again.  you can use them like tinker toys.  the load specs are on the web site.

OK, that stuff is a good frame.  What is used as the shell covering and how is it attached?
