I dunno if this one does, but there's no technical reason it couldn't as that's pretty common these days, even FPV with goggles.

Really cool, drones are getting really popular.
I don't think this is useful as a spy drone as probably it doesn't have long range, this product is prepared to be only a few meters away from the tracking device.
