The Maglula model that  zanedclark mentioned work very well.  Most of the Caldwell models have a short service life before ending in the garbage.  Of course you can always just build up calluses on your thumbs.   ;)

I cannot recommend Maglula enough. It is incredibly easy and useful. Saves a lot of pain on the thumbs

Remember now sirs, I am a retired gentleman shooter.  I have no callouses on my thumbs. Nor do I have any pain in them.  But I do have some small cuts.

You will be happy with that one.  They really do work well of almost any double stack pistol mag.  My better half would not go to the range with me if I did not have one for her.

The mag lula is amazing. They also make versions for an AR, and an AK. I would recommend both as well. They make loading full mags for practice sessions a breeze.

Received my mag-lula today.  I only tried it a half dozen times on a double lstack 9mm.  Sure seems to work well.  Methinks I shall be pleased and you shall get no bad thoughts.
