You guys can have her for $600+shipping.

DPMS AR15 left handed upper
Yankeehill diamond fluted barrel
Yankeehill specter length free floated handguard
No muzzle device or front site.

Pops built it out of spare parts laying around then handed it over. After catching a piece of brass under the eye I don't really want it anymore. ( right handed shooter )

You guys know where to find me if your interested.

Does it come with a BCG and charging handle?

How did it shoot?  How many rounds did you run through it?

I might have a left handed shooter interested.

Yes
One magazine
30 rounds double tap drills on steel torso target at 30 yards.

Any hiccups?

Twist rate?  16" length?

... and sorry but I have to ask, but has Pops built good running ARs in the past?

1/7 I believe.
No malfunctions

Pops has built ( privately of course ) about 10 of New Yorks finest AR's.

The good ones though, not the scum bags.

Lol, hence the spare parts build that got handed over to me. Lol, conversation went kinda like this.

Hey man, I finished joey's AR turns turns out he didn't want the diamond fluted that he ordered or the DPMS upper. So he just gave um back. Found a bolt and carrier just to get it operational. Do you want it?

Sure man. I'll take it.

Ok, I know someone really interested.

I looked closer at your pictures and the upper receiver is funny.

Left hand ejection port but the brass deflector is on the right?

Who made that upper?  I have never seen such a thing.  Any thoughts?

It's DPMS upper.

That is what I said as well. The hole isn't even punched on the right. The ejection port on the left is large enough to eject brass but seems rather close. Like I said no issues with the single mag I dumped through it. However it looks rather close. As I said prior I shoot righty and a piece of brass caught me just under my eye. Maybe you could run the serno on the side. If your that interested.

Sorry, after looking at it further it is not a left handed upper receiver, it is a right handed upper with the ejection port machined out of the left.  It is also a right handed charging handle.  That would be pretty funky to operate, with the forward assist on the right.  No wonder you caught some brass in your eye without a brass deflector AND shooting right handed!

Honestly, I think you might be better off parting it out and tossing that abomination of an upper... or putting it away to go with your misprinted stamp and currency collection... as it is a very UNIQUE reciever.

I would still be interested in parts, particularly the bolt carrier (assuming it can be utilized in a right handed upper without a problem).

[URL=http://www.smileyvault.co  Sorry Rvr but that thing looks like a disaster and one waiting to happen.  I would agree with Walker that parting it will probably be your best bet.

Actually you didn't follow up on the best research. It IS a left handed upper.

It may be an Obama-nation ( see what I did there) but its a factory Obama-nation

Thanks for the interest anyway. Maybe I should relist it with better details.

I would say the receiver and the BCG are funky.  I would look for a collector if you can establish the manufacturer and date of production you could have a very collectible piece on your hands. but it is REALLY not USGI or even a standard configuration.

do you think you could post a couple of macro pictures of the the Bolt face.  I'm curious how they modified it to eject left handed.
