Thanks for the introduction Nemo.. I'd have been unnerved by this without it.

Glad you spoke up Nemo...I was just about to delete.  Typically brand new members aren't allowed to post stuff for sale (unwritten common sense rule).  BUT, since he was a referral from a long standing member, I'll let it slide since you vouched.
