So I want to be able to put MOLLE stuff on my belt. It can be done with the MOLLE straps but ends up very floppy.
I'm an inventive guy, what can I come up with?
First cut some kydex strips about MOLLE strap wide and get some snaps

Add snaps to strips, round edges to reduce pokeyness

Voila, MOLLE to belt loop that can be put on and off without taking off the belt (pardon the toothpaste stains on my son's bathroom mirror)

The first prototype was to long and allowed for to much vertical movement, so I shortened it to two MOLLE rows. This means it won't work on issue pouches with gaps between the rows.

Way more economical than buying the ESSTAC adaptors!
I tried w the Malice clips on my HSGI double pistol mag pouches on my pistol belt and it looked concerning to me.

looked concerning
In what way?

Only slightly more economical if you don’t factor in my time.
I didn’t have issue with the MALICE clips except I wanted something more “easy on” which is why I never bought the ESSTAC belt loops.
My daydream is that they will see these, make a copy and give me a gift certificate for payment :)
